Linda is very friendly and puts mum at her ease.
She is always punctual and has been helpful when I've contacted her for advice.

Waiting times. Communication whilst waiting (e.g a letter/email every few months to update on waiting times and reassure that they are still on the list). Provide information whilst waiting.
